The number one terrorist producing state Pakistan remains in the “Grey List” of the Financial Action Task Force Or the FATF since June 2018. This year the officials of the failed state were given an ultimatum to complete 35 tasks to curb the growth of terrorism in its and illegally occupied territories such as Jammu & Kashmir and Baluchistan. But as we know Pakistan, the father of Islamic Terrorism only addressed 21 out of the 27 tasks given by the FATF to curb on Terror-Financing. It was almost confirmed they the Global Terror Financing Watchdog will put the main terrorist exporting country into its rightful place, the ‘FATF’s Blacklist’ where Pakistan could meet North Korea and Iran. But as you can see there is a ‘but’ you already understood, it didn’t happen. Due to some unknown reasons, the Global Terrorist exporting nation remains in the FATF’s “Grey-list”.

The FATF began its virtual conference on 21st October and 22nd the 39-member group said, Pakistan did some, but need to do a lot more within the new deadline or review date on February 2021. This four months’ time should be considered as a grace-period for Pakistan.

Meanwhile, Turkey, the new wannabe king of the Muslim-world, has asked the FATF to send a group on the ground to Pakistan for the assessment of Pakistan’s “Good Works”. This proposal was immediately dismissed by the FATF members, including China, Saudi Arabia and Malaysia.

Pakistan has been in the FATF’s Grey List for years now, till the FATF keep giving it chances after chances and grace periods over grace periods to improve its conditions while the whole world is suffering from Radical Islamic Terrorism. Pakistan has embedded Radical Islamic Terrorism into its State-Policy as the most number of United Nations Designated Global Terrorists live freely in Pakistan. However, still, so many people and agencies can’t find it as enough evidence to make Pakistan alone in the world, just like North Korea.
